WHERE IT
STARTED

Boston Harbor Jet Adventures launched in 2018 with one boat, one captain, and a simple conviction: the harbor deserved to be experienced up close, not from a crowded ferry deck. Every charter since has been private — your group, your pace, your water.

We built this operation around the idea that six guests on open water beats sixty strangers on a tour bus. The harbor is 50 square miles of history, wildlife, and open sky. We take you into it.

50 SQUARE
MILES

Boston Harbor is one of the most storied bodies of water in North America. It carried the tea that sparked a revolution, sheltered the fleet that built a city, and today it runs clean — the result of one of the largest harbor cleanup efforts in U.S. history.

From the Inner Harbor to the Outer Islands, the water changes character every mile. We know the channels, the sandbars, the spots where harbor seals haul out in the fall, and the angles that make the skyline look like it was built for a photograph.

THE
VESSEL

We run a 24-foot center-console built for Boston Harbor conditions — shallow enough to reach the islands, fast enough to make the outer harbor in minutes, and open enough that every seat is a good seat. No cabin blocking the view. No strangers in the way.

The boat carries a maximum of six guests. That limit is not a policy — it is the design. Six people fit comfortably, move freely, and get the experience the boat was built to deliver.

SAFETY
FIRST

Every captain holds a U.S. Coast Guard license and carries current first-aid certification. The vessel is inspected annually, equipped with USCG-required safety gear, and carries a VHF radio and GPS at all times. We file a float plan before every departure.

We monitor weather conditions in the 48 hours before each charter. If conditions are unsafe, we reschedule — no questions, no fees. The harbor is not going anywhere, and neither are we.

THE
CREW

Boston Harbor Jet Adventures is run by a small crew of licensed captains who grew up on this water. They know the harbor's history, its wildlife, and its moods. They will answer every question you have — and a few you did not think to ask.
